Residents’ Meeting on Development Proposal
The Carleton Heights and Area Residents’Association (CHARA) invites residents who own property in the area bounded by Meadowlands, Fisher and Prince of Wales to attend a public meeting to review the developer’s revised proposal for the property at 1627 Ortona Avenue.
As you may be aware, CHARA objected to the original development proposal at the Committee of Adjustment hearing on June 15, 2011. The hearing on this proposal was adjourned until August 17, 2011. The developer will be filing a revised proposal to be considered at the August 17 hearing.
CHARA will be deciding whether to maintain or modify its previous opposition prior to the next Committee of Adjustment hearing.
