Heart Month
February is Heart Month and Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario are gearing up for their person to person campaign which involves bringing together over 4000 volunteers throughout Ottawa and the outlying areas. For this year’s campaign they still need approximately 800 canvassers to complete streets and areas that are not yet covered; as well, they need captains who can organize and motivate a group of canvassers and deliver the much needed kits to the canvassers to collect the life saving funds for the campaign. Any one that is able to support this important campaign please see the information below. As a caring community, this is where we all need to get the word out and support the organizations that can make a difference to those you know.
